Defective items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date as indicated by your tracking information. Our 30 Day warranty applies to manufacturing defects ONLY. Usage based defects are issues caused by mistreatment and/or misuse of products. For any returns after 30 days, you will have to contact the product manufacturer for your return or replacement.
Note: Prompt shipment of return item is required: Once your return has been authorized you will have 1 week to deliver or ship the items to our returns department. If the Return request products are not shipped or delivered with-in a week of authorization it will result in rejection of the claim and claim will be closed. But try not to worry, I am not a scam artist and understand situations may occur; so mutual fairness is advised.
Items damaged by misuse or improper care are not covered by our warranty policy.
All Returns must include Full Original Packaging, Accessories, and Documents.
Upon receipt of a return, our Returns Department will inspect and test every product. If found the purchase defective, we will issue a store credit or replacement depending on the requested resolution of the customer. If a replacement is not available, Dx Feels Good reserves the right to issue a store credit.
